Gift of Time Auction

A spectacular auction is crucial to the success of Gift of Time presented by Nicola Wealth. Each year we offer our guests an incredible selection of unique and exclusive items—in service of raising money for brave, vulnerable hearts.

All Gift of Time auction donors are recognized on our auction website and in the Gift of Time program.

Please deliver items to Canuck Place Children's Hospice at 1690 Matthews Ave., Vancouver, BC, V6J 2T2 or email gift certificates to events@canuckplace.org by September 20, 2024. The donor is also welcome to include brochures or other display material to accompany the item that is no more than 8.5 x 11 inches in size.

Tax Receipt

I require a tax receipt (please note: gift certificates are NOT eligible)

CRA legislation requires an invoice reflecting fair market value of all tangible items before a tax receipt can be issued. An independent appraiser must confirm valuation (in writing) of all works of jewelry, art, and antiques. Unfortunately CRA legislation does not allow tax receipts to be issued for donated services, priceless items, or gift certificates.

Donation Terms

By submitting this form the donor hereby agrees to donate the above item to Canuck Place Children's Hospice for the purposes of the 2024 Gift of Time Auction and to provide the item directly to the successful bidder or as determined by Canuck Place. Canuck Place reserves the right to package the item with others, or to return any items to the donor, in which case, this agreement will be cancelled. In rare cases, an item is not bid upon. In this case, the item may be used at the discretion of Canuck Place.

Privacy Policy

At Canuck Place Children's Hospice, we recognize that privacy and the protection of personal information is important. Therefore, in compliance with the Privacy Act, we cannot divulge any buyer information.
